Helping Missouri’s Recycling Infrastructure Grow! The Missouri Market Development Program promotes the development of markets for recovered materials and recycled content products throughout Missouri by providing businesses, governments, and other organizations the following:
Since 1992, the Missouri Market Development Program has assisted more than 200 Missouri companies, helping them make useful products out of materials, such as:

- Carpet scraps
- Waste wood
- Waste food products
- Many other materials
